Architects, developers and contractors can be reassured that the application of Façadeshield UV will ensure that the building fabric maintains good water resistance and breathability behind open jointed cladding.

Façadeshield UV is a non-woven breathable membrane that combines exceptional water resistance and UV resistance with the aesthetically pleasing dark colour to provide a “shadow” appearance within open jointed rainscreen façades. Façadeshield UV enhances the air tightness of the building, whilst reducing the risk of condensation due to its’ high vapour permeability.
